WEAR . PRIDE . RAINBOW  is a social enterprise and fashion label designed to build support for the LGBT community in India.  

Many LGBT individuals in India face discrimination, human rights abuses, ridicule, forced marriages, physical and sexual assault, excommunication from family and friends, homelessness, unemployment, and high levels of suicide. 

WEAR . PRIDE . RAINBOW's aim is to build a viable fashion project that donates 30% of its merchandise sales to help train vulnerable LGBT individuals into careers in the fashion industry. The project will nurture new talent as well as use the platform created to share important LGBT stories with the International community and be a voice of change.

Projects will include paid apprenticeships and training opportunities, networking events, story sharing, fashion shows, career development and campaigning to end article 377 (to name a few).

In 10 years time, we hope to be selling our clothes worldwide and employing 100's of vulnerable LGBT individuals in India. We hope to also be celebrating the career success of many participants that started with W.P.R. We hope to have successfully raised awareness of challenges facing LGBT communities both in India and around the world and to have established strong partnerships within the fashion industry for both career opportunities for LGBT individuals as well as for our mission for social impact. 30% of every dollar raised through the sale of our T-shirts will go to our social impact projects.
